Job description
1 | Event & Project Coordination | · Coordinate multiple events and projects simultaneously according to approved timelines · Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and status reports · Ensure milestones and deliverables are monitored and followed up timeously · Support the successful execution of all allocated annual events/projects · Ensure operational readiness ahead of events

2 | Briefing & Workflow Management | · Ensure all projects are initiated with completed marketing briefs · Track approvals, requirements, and outstanding deliverables · Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are adhered to · Assist in streamlining briefing and project intake processes · Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records |
3 | Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination | · Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, academic teams, suppliers, and service providers · Coordinate supplier bookings, quotes, and logistics requirements · Assist with financial tracking and supplier onboarding processes · Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely briefs · Support positive stakeholder engagement and communication |
4 | Marketing Support & Campaign Coordination | · Coordinate event-related marketing support requirements · Assist with briefing and rollout of branding and campaign elements · Coordinate social media support requirements with the digital team · Support WhatsApp and email nurturing campaign coordination where required · Ensure alignment between event timelines and marketing schedules |
5 | Event Execution Support | · Assist with onsite coordination and execution of events · Support branding setup and supplier coordination during events · Ensure event requirements and deliverables are actioned according to plan · Assist with troubleshooting and operational support during live events · Support smooth event flow and stakeholder experience |
6 | Reporting & Administrative Support | · Assist with post-event reporting and PCA coordination · Track attendance, feedback, and event performance metrics · Compile status updates and project progress reports · Maintain organised event documentation and filing systems · Support reporting on portfolio activities and milestones |
7 | Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment | · Ensure all event-related materials align with MANCOSA brand CI · Assist in maintaining quality standards across events and activations · Support review and checking of artwork and branding applications · Ensure consistency in event communication and presentation standards |
8 | Exhibitions support | provide support for external exhibitions and presentions to prospective student groups via school career days, and expos |
Minimum requirements
Essential Qualification: Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in: · Marketing · Event Management · Public Relations · Communications · Project Management · or a related field |
