The purpose of this position is to manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Job description
CORE FUNCTIONS
· Motivate and drive sales performance for the enrolment intakes
· Provide leadership support to the sales team as a group and on an individual basis
· Have an understanding of CRM and utilising it as a tool to maintain positive sales conversion as a group and individual basis
· Conduct necessary process, product and system training for newly appointed sales consultants
· Have an understanding of the MANCOSA formal learning programme offering and value proposition
· Ensure regulatory compliance by the sales team and adherence to institutional policies
· Create developmental journey per sales consultant based on strengths and areas of development.
Minimum requirements
QUALIFICATION (S)
· Grade 12 Senior Certificate
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 4 years of work experience in a sales leadership role with track record of sales target achievement
· Minimum 7 years of work experience within the sales environment
· Hold the appropriate public speaking and presentation skills
· Administrative skills and report writing
RELATED KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
· Attention to detail and sound time management skills
· Well-versed in business administration best practices
· Understanding of the sales leadership role
