Introduction
• The National WIL Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing national administrative functions of the WIL Department, including student and mentor assessor support, reporting, training events, and stakeholder engagement.
Job description

Core Functions

·       Lead the WIL team in quality assurance to ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.

·       Provide national administrative support for WIL activities, ensuring efficient processes before, during, and after student placements.

·       Collate, manage and submit national schedules, reports, and statistical data for consolidated reporting.

·       Respond to student and mentor assessor queries in a professional, timeous, and supportive manner.

·       Coordinate training workshops, boot camps, and e-portfolio sessions nationally.

·       Maintain accurate national databases for students, mentor assessors, and school partnerships.

·       Assist in the continuous improvement of WIL processes, policies, and systems in line with quality assurance standards.

·       Provide secretariat and administrative support for national meetings, training, and partnership engagements.

·       Support the WIL Manager and Regional WIL teams with efficient coordination and reporting.

·       Coordinate and manage national administrative functions of the WIL Department, including student and mentor assessor support, reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement.

·       Provide secretarial support for national and coordinators’ meetings, liaise with the BED and PGCE APLs on WIL activities.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • A relevant degree/diploma in Administration/ Education component
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in Administration
