SOE Administrator CORE PURPOSE The Regional Administrator is responsible for leading, controlling and organising the WIL Department’s administrative activities in the region.
Job description

CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
 Coordinating the flow of correspondence, including queries and escalations to the Regional WIL Coordinator
 Providing timeous inputs, statistical analysis and reports to the Regional WIL Coordinator on all matters relating to WIL on a regional level
 Delivering and participating in training sessions, workshops, boot camps with a focus on developing a deeper understanding of WIL.
 Providing secretariat functions and responsibilities
 Submitting accurate Mentor Assessor remuneration claims
 Assist and support with the growth and maintenance of school partnerships in the region
 Providing administrative support to the Regional WIL Coordinator in areas related to the ‘continuous improvement’ culture related to all aspects of WIL in accordance with the WIL Policy and SOPs
 Supporting and participating in training events, workshops, bootcamps and presentations
 Respond to queries and channel to relevant departments
 Organise and assist with SOE trainings and MANCOSA events in the region

Minimum requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
 Diploma in Administration/ Education component

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
 A minimum of two years’ administration experience
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet and Email)
 Very high level organizational skills
 Proficient email etiquette
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Possess an ability to adopt and solve problems
 Integrity
 Time management
 Conflict resolution skills
 Data analysis and interpretation skills.
 Communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Ability to work independently and within a team

GENERAL
 Willingness to work weekends and/or overtime when required
 Required to travel locally and internationally when necessary
 Must have own reliable transport and be willing to travel unaccompanied
 May be required to work after hours and away on location
