Mancosa is looking for a SkillMe sales consultant to assist in achieving the required enrolment targets set out and providing the necessary guidance to prospective students on the available skillME programmes. The skillME programme offering comprises of self paced online short learning programmes.
Job description
The position entails the following job responsibilities:
· Providing the necessary guidance on suitable skillME self paced online short learning programmes to the student as well persuading the student to enroll at MANCOSA to pursue their studies
· Achievement of the sales targets
· Timeous response times to student enquiries
· Ability to understand and manage the lead and sales funnel and ensure maximum conversion from lead to sales
· Respond to each enquiry received on the programme offering at MANCOSA
· Regularly make follow up calls on leads
· Provide excellent customer service to the student

Qualification:
· Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a sales environment and a proven track record of sales target achievement
· Compulsory to possess an understanding of the sales process and achieve the sales targets.
· An understanding of higher education is an advantage
