Job description
CORE PURPOSE
To provide support and supervision to the Curriculum Development and Management by assisting with the formatting of the layout of the module guides and ensuring new and existing curriculum are at a ready state to ensure that MANCOSA meets its strategic objectives and goals.
CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE MANAGING THE FOLLOWING:
Formatting and Digitising of all Module Guides/ Programme Information Sheets
· Format Programme Information Sheets as per the template
· Perform all formatting and layout editing on new and old Module Guides
· Maintaining presentation quality and consistency of all Module Guides
· Digitising of new and old Module Guides on the bespoke Curriculum Development and Management System
· Re-construct poor and unclear diagrams in the Module Guides
· Employ effective project and time management strategies to ensure that students receive module guides in time
· Adhering to production deadlines
General
· Adhere to and loyally perform reasonable instructions, functions and tasks
· Assist and attend institution functions as and when required
· Fulfil any other reasonable request from Management
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum Diploma in IT Management/ Graphic Design/Web Development or related qualification
· Experience with engaging with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Muse, Animate/Flash, Dreamweaver)
· Minimum 1-year experience
Job related knowledge and skills
· Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
· Proficient in utilising the relevant software with sound knowledge of computer technology
· Creative and innovative
· Ability to work under pressure
· Deadline driven and process orientated
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Team player
