To provide direct and assistance to Academic Coordinators and content uploaders in the Academic Department
Job description

CORE FUNCTIONS:

The LMS Content Assistant will
 
·Ensure that moderated content together with its supporting learning resources received from academic coordinators are uploaded to each of the modules meet standards and consistencies
·Ensure that course templates are available, and, to configure common elements for each of the modules
·Ensure that data security is maintained with regards to integrity and accuracy of the assessment components
·Upload new content
·Maintain existing content
·Troubleshoot broken links and fix accordingly
·Embed and link content to various sections of the LMS
·Rework PowerPoint slides
·Meeting strict deadlines to QA and other courses allocated to him/her

Minimum requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
·       Relevant minimum 3-year Diploma/Degree
 
EXPERIENCE:
·       At least 1 - 2 year’s work experience within an administrative office environment.
·       Advantage: Experience in an education administrative environment
