Job description
CORE PURPOSE
To provide administrative and operational support for a host of academic delivery tasks.
CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- To facilitate all payment tasks related to academic delivery by collating relevant documents.
- Manage the payment approval processes using automated signing software (training will be provided).
- Consolidate payments for monitoring and budget purposes.
- Perform keys duties related to webinar support, webinar evaluations and administration.
- Facilitate the preparation and signing of academic contracts related to academic delivery.
- Support tasks related to planning and scheduling of webinars for academic delivery on the relevant systems.
- Provide support for student queries related to academic delivery.
Minimum requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- An appropriate degree level qualification
EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferred)
RELATED KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Internet and Email).
- Be familiar with distance and online education (preferred).
- Must be able to work within pre-determined time frames and deadlines.
- Must be able to speak confidently and demonstrate professionalism.
- Must be a collegial team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to work during weekends when required
